Very fine unused o. g. block of 6 lettered OA PC bearing three strikes of the "Frank Ives Scudamore Chief Examiner" handstamp. Light diagonal crease on upper strip and some tiny pinholes as often seen and to be expected as this rare handstamp was used on damaged sheets that were earmarked for destruction. Spec. C3(1)var.
