See Saw MARGE ABV 18.0% with seamlessly integrated red andA unique blend of organically farmed Pinot Noir (harvested 8th March) and Gamay (6th April) from high altitude sites (700m 900m). Whole bunches underwent wild fermentation in open fermenters, with carbonic maceration enhancing fruit purity. The wine was gently pressed into stainless steel and aged on lees for four months, building a silky texture before bottling. Colour Cloudy magenta. Aroma Dark cherries and plums, with a hint of fresh raspberry.
