Aromas of roasted Hazelnut, Grilled Peach, Orange and Grapefruit Peel, Cocoa, Buttercream, Caramel, Milk Chocolate and dried figs. Rich and bright on the palate, with sweet layered notes. Chocolate covered dates and figs, dried apricots, and caramelized oranges. Originally distilled in Tennessee with a mash bill of 84% Corn, 8% Rye, 8%
