Delatite Reserve Catherine's Block Gewurztraminer Marsanne There’s joy in this wineHarvested two weeks later than the rest of the Gewurztraminer, this reserve selection was picked at peak ripeness. The fruit was handpicked, whole bunch pressed, and underwent wild fermentation before being halted after fifteen days through chilling and filtration preserving 68 grams per litre of natural sugar for a beautifully balanced sweetness. Aromas of roses and musk lead into a decadent palate. Lush flavours of Turkish delight and lychee unfold
