醸造方法：ブドウは除梗して、12～14℃で約8時間マセレーション後、破砕します。ソフトプレスの後、モストはデカンタージュにより清澄されます。ピノ・ビアンコとソーヴィニヨンは18～19℃の温度管理下のステンレスタンクにて10日間アルコール発酵、マロラクティック発酵後熟成。フリウラーノはフレンチオークの小樽でアルコール発酵とマロラクティック発酵後熟成されます。10ヶ月後、全てのワインはアッセンブラージュされ、瓶内で9ヶ月熟成。

テイスティング：透明感があり輝きのある黄金色。リッチで濃厚な果実感、アプリコットやヴァニラの芳醇なアロマ。オレンジの花の蜜のようなヒントにナッツを思わせるトーン。ほのかにオーク樽に由来する香りがあります。味わいは柔らかく丸みがあり、魅惑的。アルコールのボリュームも感じられ濃厚な印象。バランスに優れた、長期熟成もする偉大なシチリアワイン。
