The vertical and horizontal interlocking squares (which are reminiscent of a jigsaw puzzle) are covered with plastic silver facings which cover the metal frame underneath

The central globe which hangs from the bottom of the star hangs much lower than the other globes which was the electrician's handiwork

An antiqued brass light fitting which includes an on off switch within it sits at the top and can be accessed beneath the lampshade. The wiring has been checked by a professional electrician. A single B22 Bayonet bulb is required.
