I'm hugely impressed by this card and can see it getting some play in Limited and Standard, but maybe not so much in Commander unless part of a Hero tribal deck

For this reason, Underworld Breach is one of the most difficult decks to properly pilot across any format as it requires its player to understand what their opponents are trying to do and how to stop them

Mostly however this is just a very good card

You cant add Swords to Plowshares or Dark Ritual to your decks, but Tome of the Infinite lets you cheat them into a game anyway

Auras is a popular theme in Commander, so expect Brilliant Wings to see a decent amount of play
